No action yet in Kettering schools controversy

KETTERING, Ohio (WDTN) – The Kettering school board conducted a pre-disciplinary hearing Thursday for Treasurer Steve Clark.

The Board of Education is considering disciplinary action that could include termination.

Both men have been on paid leave since May 6.

No action was taken Thursday, and no word on when the board will continue its discussion about Clark’s future.

Schoenlein’s pre-disciplinary hearing is scheduled for Monday. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
