Road work starts on I-70 at SR 48

ENGLEWOOD, Ohio (WDTN) – Orange barrels are out at a busy freeway interchange.

Crews will start work on the State Route 48 interchange at Interstate 70.

This is the first phase of a $50 million project that’s expected to take three years to complete.

To start, crews will lower SR 48 to give more clearance under I-70.
