Grand jury considers deadly dog mauling case

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A grand jury concluded it’s first session Friday in the case of a woman mauled to death by her neighbors dogs.

Klonda Richey, 57, was attacked and killed by two mixed breed dogs outside her East Bruce Avenue home in Dayton on February 7.

The dogs were registered to Richey’s neighbor, Julie Custer.

Her boyfriend, Andrew Nason lives with Custer.

Neither one of them have been charged.
