2 arrested in Mercer Co. on drug charges

CELINA, Ohio (WDTN) – Two Celina men were arrested Wednesday on charges of drug possession.

Dennis Clutter, 54, and William Culver, 49, of the Deford Street were taken into custody after police and parole officers observed violations at the Deford Street address during a compliance check.

A search of the residence turned up 36 suspected heroin capsules and 11 suspected Alprazolam pills and miscellaneous drug paraphernalia, according to information released by Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey and Celina Police Chief Tom Wale.

Clutter and Culver were booked into the Mercer County Adult Detention Facility.

The cases have been sent to the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office for review.
