DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Remember the classic movie It Happened One Night when Claudette Colbert famously showed off her legs to hitch a ride?
You could argue that she is the envy of at least 50 men vying for the title of the man with the best legs.
They competed at the Schuster Center Thursday night to raise money for the non-profit organization Clothes That Work.
This was no casual competition. Many men donned garders while others polished their toes with pink and green nail polish.
Organizers aren’t surprised. They saw the same ferocious attitudes about winning during their annual walk.
“I mean to tell you, it started as a walk, but because of the fierce competition between the men, it turned into a fierce race. So tonight, you’ll see men jockeying for position, declaring they have the best legs,” said Paula Crosby, Executive Director, Clothes That Work.
You can vote online starting Friday on the Clothes That Work web site.
All the money raised helps provide interview and work appropriate clothing for under served women.
