DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A Dayton man was indicted June 9 on two counts of rape.
Russell Baker is accused in the May 28 rape of a 23-year-old woman police described as developmentally delayed.
Prosecutors said Baker approached the woman at the RTA bus hub in downtown Dayton and lured her to an abandoned home and sexually assaulted her.
Police told 2 NEWS Baker was recently released from prison.
Baker is scheduled to be arraigned later this week.
