Police: Theft suspect targets elderly residents

MORAINE, Ohio (WDTN) – Moraine police hope you can help identify a credit card theft suspect.

Video surveillance caught the suspect using a stolen credit card at the Speedway in the 2600 block of West Alex Bell Road Thursday morning.

There were three recent night time burglaries at a senior living community in Moraine and police believe the suspect is targeting the residents there.

There could also be more suspects involved.

The man in the photo is described as have a partial tattoo sleeve on his left arm.

He also appears to have a tattoo on the left and right sides of his chest.
