CENTERVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) – A Centerville woman is going to prison for extortion and assault.

Callie Yip must spend 18 months in prison and pay her victim back the more than $400 money she made.  She must also contribute $3,400 to the the county victim fund.

Police say Yip had a contract between two men to do yard work. She would ask the other defendant in this case, Bryon Mansley, to beat the victim if he didn’t do the work to her satisfaction.

Mansley is set to go on trial August 19.
