5 arrested in Mercer county drug sweep

CELINA, Ohio (WDTN) – Five people were arrested recently as part of an investigation by the Grand Lake Task Force, Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey announced Wednesday.

Those arrested are: Dennis W. Clutter, 54, for possession of heroin; William R. Culver Jr., 49, for possession of heroin; Savannah K. Thees, 26, for trafficking in heroin; Quinn F. Staugler, 24, for trafficking in marijuana; Marcus P. Koester, 25, for trafficking in marijuana.

Grey said his deputies are still looking for for other suspects.

The Task Force is a combined effort of law enforcement agencies in Mercer and Auglaize Counties.  The Celina Police Department assisted with the arrests.
