KETTERING, Ohio (WDTN) – The City of Kettering named a new assistant city manager Wednesday.

Steven Bergstresser has been with the city since 1998 when he started his public service career as an intern. He joined the city in 2003 as a civil engineer. He was named engineering director in 2006.

“Steve’s history of leadership with the city and demonstrated excellence in project and staff management were some of the many considerations that led to his selection for the position,” says Kettering City Manager Mark Schwieterman. “We know that he will be a great fit for our team.”
