Two men, 16 OVI arrests between them

XENIA, Ohio (WDTN) – A Riverside man is charged with his ninth OVI offense.

Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers arrested Patrick Driscoll, of Riverside, July 6 after stopping him for a turning violation on Smithville Road in Dayton.

He is scheduled to appear in Dayton Municipal Court July 10.

Another man is now charged with his seventh OVI offense.

Troopers arrested Daniel Cafin, of Dayton, July 5 when he was stopped for speeding on US 35 in Riverside.

He is scheduled to appear in court July 9.
