XENIA, Ohio (WDTN) – A Jamestown restaurant will hold a fundraiser for the family of a boy who died in an ATV accident.

The owner of Deb’s Place told our partners at the Xenia Gazette that a raffle will be held on July 11 at the restaurant. Area businesses and residents donated the items that will be raffled.

Connor Wallace, 14, died in the accident while on vacation with his family last week in Tennessee.

The gazette reports that all the money raised will go to the teen’s parents.

“This is going crazy on us,” Deb Wheatcraft, owner of Deb’s Place, told the Xenia Gazette. “I’ve been bombarded by calls this morning. We’ve gotten donations coming in from everywhere. An outpouring. My Facebook page is just blowing up. Deb’s Place is going to be very, very busy Friday night. I never even dreamed that it would get (so big).”

The fundraiser begins at 6:00 p.m. Friday, July 11. The restaurant is located at 5016 Old U.S. Route 35 in Jamestown.

Wallace was a sophomore at Greeneview High School. Funeral services were planned for 4:00 p.m. Wednesday at the high school.
