Police identify ATV crash victim

SUGARCREEK TWP., Ohio (WDTN) – Sugarcreek police have now identified the man who died Sunday in an ATV accident.

Police say Chadrick Cornwell, 34, of Dayton, was killed when his ATV overturned at Tom’s Mulch and Landscaping in the 2100 block of Ferry Road.

They say his son, who is said to be around 10 to 12 years old, was riding with him, but was not hurt.

Cornwell was trapped for a short time. Police say he and his son were riding over mulch piles when the vehicle overturned.
