Indiana couple killed in Clearcreek Township crash

WAYNESVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) – A couple from Indiana were killed in a three vehicle collision in Clearcreek Township Tuesday afternoon.

It happened around 2:00 when a car traveling on Township Line Road failed to stop at the intersection of State Route 73.

The car hit a flatbed truck from Carter Lumber Co. and the truck went left of center and ran into a van, killing the diver and passenger.

The driver of the car was flown by Care Flight to a local hospital.

The truck driver was taken by squad to a local hospital for observation.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating and have not released the names of any victims involved.
