Program to hike Trotwood’s value


TROTWOOD, Ohio (WDTN) – An initiative to provide quality housing in Trotwood was kicked off Tuesday.

The Trotwood Community Improvement Corporation (TCIC) and the city are creating a program to address the number of foreclosures and vacancies in that community.

The public-private partnership called TrotwoodNow!, is helping families own homes, becoming connectors to Trotwood’s revitalization.

The first home, at 909 McMillan was unveiled Tuesday as part of the flagship to officially kick start the home buying process.

The website, www.TrotwoodNow.com will give prospective home buyers information about down payments, loans and properties that are available.
