DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – More rain is moving through the Miami Valley Wednesday afternoon. This after a first round rumbled through early Wednesday morning.
A cold front is coming through that is keeping our weather unstable.
“You can expect some heavy downpours and lightning again this afternoon, much like this morning” said Storm Team 2 Meteorologist Tara Hastings. “We don’t expect anything severe. Things should start to settle down after 5:00 p.m.”
Hastings says heavy rain that moved through Indianapolis caused flash flooding.
The high today is 81. Much cooler air similar to what we experienced last week will move in behind the storms. You will definitely notice less humid air.
The high Thursday is 78.
