CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) — A driver escapes uninjured after flipping his car and becoming tangled in power lines Saturday afternoon.
According to witnesses, the car was driving northbound on 560 at a high rate of speed when it lost control on a curve, struck a power pole and snapped it in half.
The car landed on its top and got tangled in power lines. The driver was able to crawl out of the car and was not hurt.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
Official said 560 and 55 will be shut down while crews work to clear the scene.
