DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Charges are filed against a man shot by Dayton police this week.

Prosecutors charged Antwan Zackary with carrying a concealed weapon.

He was shot in the leg Wednesday by officer Jason Rhodes after police say Zackary pulled a gun on them.

That portion of the case will go to a grand jury where more charges could be added.
