CLARK CO., Ohio (WDTN) – Flood victims have a short time left to request for assistance with losses.

The Clark County Long Term Recovery Committee says the last date to apply is August 8, 2014. No applications will be accepted after that date.

Call 211 or 614-204-5550 to make an appointment. Work on open cases will continue until September 6.

The committee was established in May to help residents flooded from their homes May 21.

More than 100 residents of Laynecrest Manor were among those evacuated.

This was the same storm that also flooded portions of Interstate 70 and 75.
