DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The woman whose dog is responsible for killing a baby was found guilty Monday in another case.
Kimiko Hardy pleaded no contest after her dog attacked another dog in June.
That happened before her dog mauled a 7-month-old baby boy to death July 20.
Johnathan Quarles, Jr. was attacked at his grandmother’s home last month. His death was ruled accidental.
The judge suspended a 180 jail sentence and ordered Hardy to pay $172 in restitution.
She is not allowed to own any dogs for the next several years.
