The call came in around 3:15 p.m.  Investigators say three people were out riding jet skis when one of the riders suffered an asthma attack.

They say the victim, who is 44 years old, fell into the water after the other rider went to get the victim’s inhaler from shore.  The victim’s son was also on board with his dad at the time.

Rescuers brought the victim to shore and rushed him to Miami Valley Hospital.

It is believed that he was not wearing a life vest at the time.

He is said to be in critical condition.
