Police offer class on how to deal with active shooter

KETTERING, Ohio (WDTN) – The Kettering Police Department is offering a class to help you know what to do should you be caught in an active shooter situation.

The free class will offer advice and best practices of how you should react to the crisis.

The class is planned for Thursday, August 21, at 6:00 p.m. at the Kettering Police Department.

Seating is limited, so you need to call 937-296-2567 to make a reservation.

The class is open to anyone 14 years old or older.
