According to a release by their attorney, the family feels the shooting was not justified.

There will also be a community town meeting tonight to address the case at the Dayton Boys Prep Academy on West Third Street.

Police say an officer shot Crawford when he refused to put down a gun he was waving in the store. It was later confirmed that the gun was a toy.

Crawford and another customer died. Angela Williams collapsed while fleeing the scene.

A visitation for Williams is tonight at 5:00 p.m. at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home in Fairborn.

2 NEWS will stream the news conference live at 1:00 p.m.
