SIDNEY, Ohio (WDTN) – Sidney police charged three people in connection with a gas station robbery late Monday.

Just before 10:00 p.m., police say a man wearing a dark jacket walked into the Marathon Gas Station at 525 E. North Street and demanded cash from two clerks. His face was concealed and he had a knife.

After grabbing cash from the register, police say the suspect got into a white minivan, which headed south on Brooklyn Ave.

The van was spotted a few minutes later at 306 E. Court Street. There, police found the clothes they say the man was wearing as well as the stolen cash.jesse wriston
