CLARK COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) – A car crash blocked traffic along Interstate 70 in Clark County for about an hour Wednesday.

The eastbound lanes re-opened at 3:20 p.m. as seen on the WDTN.com traffic cameras, in the area of Route 72 heading into Springfield.I-70_at_SR-72

Investigators say a driver was merging into the west lanes when his tire blew. It sent his car careening into the east lanes where it hit another car.  The driver of that car was taken to Springfield Regional Hospital with minor injuries.  The driver with the blown tire refused treatment.

No word on any charges.
