New Carlisle to give away free bike helmets, school supplies

NEW CARLISLE, Ohio (WDTN) – Family and Youth Initiatives in New Carlisle is holding its annual Safety Day today.

The group will give away free bike helmets and school supplies.

Clark County Sheriff Gene Kelly will be there with the county’s Drug Take Back Van.

Miami Valley Hospital’s Careflight helicopter will also be on display.

The event is free. It begins at 2:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the 400 block of North Dayton-Lakeview Road in New Carlisle.
