4 Paws for Ability breaks ground on $2.7 million facility

XENIA, Ohio (WDTN) – 4 Paws for Ability broke ground Thursday for a new $2.7 million headquarters in Xenia.

The 13,000 square foot facility will be a much needed improvement compared to the current location at an old VFW Hall.

4 Paws for Ability works to place service dogs in lifelong homes by finding them a compatible owner.

The new facility will include kennels, playing and training areas, vet services and more.

The construction will by completed by HiFive Development Services Incorporated.
