TROY, OHIO (WDTN) – A jury is back deliberating in a deadly home invasion case.

Patrick McGail is accused of breaking into a Troy home last year then shooting and killing Nate Wintrow, 20.

McGail was 17 at the time, but is being tried as an adult.

He took the stand in his own defense Tuesday.

Two other teens who were convicted in the case are awaiting sentencing.

They testified that McGail was the ringleader.
