Police: Wendy’s worker yanked out of drive-thru window

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Dayton police are investigating after a Wendy’s drive-thru employee was pulled through the window and assaulted.

A police report states that the worker was on the job at the Wendy’s in the 3400 block of Salem Avenue Wednesday night.

The worker told officers that a man, who he thought was drunk, refused to move his car from the line.

The report states that the man finally arrived at the window and physically pulled the employee out of the window and started hitting him.

The employee suffered cuts and bruises, but is okay.

The suspect left the store after the attack only to return and finally arrested.

Larry Harrison is now sitting in the Montgomery County Jail on assault charges.
