Post office helps snag three drug suspects

TROY, Ohio (WDTN) – The post office took part in a drug bust in Miami County.

The postal service made two controlled deliveries of packages after finding marijuana inside.

They made deputies aware, who moved in to bust three people during the delivery on Thursday.

Several pounds of marijuana were confiscated.

Michael Adkins, 24, Zachary Housley, 21, and Natalie Keppel, 23, are all charged with marijuana possession. All three are from Troy.

Police also searched the home of two of the suspects. They removed a safe with marijuana, hashish, LSD, guns and $50,000 in cash inside.

The suspects are being held in the Miami County Jail.
