DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Police are looking for a man they say broke into a Dayton drive-thru and stole cigarettes.
Officers were called to the Kwik N Kold at 4121 Prescott Avenue before 7 a.m. Friday.
When police arrived, they found the front window of the drive-thru shattered.
Officers reviewed a security tape which they said showed a bald black man, 30-40 years old, wearing black pants and a black shirt break into the drive-thru.
A neighbor told officers the suspect carried the stolen items behind the IGA store. When officers went behind the IGA, they found three empty cigarette crates.
A K9 was called to track the suspect but the trail went cold.
Dayton Police are still investigating.
