Vehicle damaged when gunfire erupts


DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Dayton Police are investigating after a man’s vehicle is damaged when gunfire erupts.

Police were dispatched to the 4400 block of West Third Street around 1:15 a.m. Sunday.

According to police, the suspect side swiped the victim’s vehicle and shot at it.

The damaged vehicle is a 2000 black Jaguar XJ8. Police reported there was damage to the driver side rear passenger door. The front and rear windshield was also damaged in the gunfire.

No arrests have been made.
