Heroin supplier goes to jail after death

URBANA, Ohio (WDTN) – It’s jail time for the first of four people charged with a heroin death in Urbana.

Our partners at the Urbana Citizen report that Bryan Harvel, 26, will serve four years in prison followed by three years of probation.

Harvel purchased heroin for Michael Gilliam on day he died in November 2013.

He also gave Gilliam the needle he used.
