KETTERING, Ohio (WDTN) – The Kettering Police Department will conduct an OVI sobriety checkpoint Friday night.

It will be held in the 1000 block of East Dorothy Lane beginning at 11:00 p.m. until 3:00 a.m.

The checkpoint is funded by federal dollars.

There will also be a saturation of patrols on the streets through the holiday weekend.

Officers say they will have ‘zero tolerance’ for impaired drivers.
