DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A man is in custody after police say he hit his child’s mother and used a bat to hit another man.

Patrick Laquaglia, 21, was arrested on felonious assault and domestic violence charges.

Police were called to the 100 block of Kelly Avenue around 5 a.m. Friday where they met with the victims.
