On August 30th, police say 41-year-old Jason Behnken tried to intervene in a road rage incident that came to a stop outside of his home at a mobile home park in the 8700 block of Dayton-Cincinnati Pike in Miami Township.

Behnken was hit in the head with a pipe and later died.

On September 2, police released a description of the truck the suspect was driving.

Friday morning, they obtained a search warrant to search a truck at the home on Bishop Ave. We’re told they are looking for the murder weapon.
