Brookville police investigate 2 break-ins

BROOKVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) – Brookville police are investigating two break-ins at two separate car washes that occurred during the overnight hours of August 17, 2014.

The first happened at 520 Arlington Road where the suspect was caught on security cameras using a pry bar.

The suspect is described as a white male, medium build with a dark in color beard.

He was driving a white late 90s model Chevrolet Cavalier with a missing a gas lid.

The second happened at 711 Market Street where someone pried open a door leading into the business.

The Brookville Police Department is asking for help in solving these crimes.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Det. Swigart at the Brookville Police Department at 937-833-2001.
