Knockout game robber sentenced to prison

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The Dayton teenager convicted for a knockout game robbery is heading to prison.

Deontae Howard was sentenced Tuesday to four years in prison.

He punched his victim from behind in order to rob him back in March. He got away with $3.00.

A second incident occurred in April where Howard got away with $7.00.

Howard was 17 years old at the time of the robberies. He was transferred to adult court for trial.

Two other teenagers were also charged.
