LEBANON, Ohio (WDTN) – Don’t be alarmed if you see a low flying plane in Warren County Thursday.
The Warren County Soil and Water Conservation District says the plane will be planting cover crop seeds onto farmers’ fields.
It says the aerial application is a quick and effective way to plant winter cover crops.
Cover crops are used to manage soil erosion and nutrient runoff. It results in keeping the Little Miami and Ohio rivers cleaner.
You will most likely see the plane in the southern and eastern parts of Warren County.
