HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WDTN) – Construction for a new apartment complex could soon begin in Huber Heights.

The Dayton Business Journal reports that the $10-million complex still needs all the permits to go through.

Once that happens as expected this month, 152 units will be built in front of the Parktowne neighborhood north of Interstate 70 on State Route 202.

The project is expected to be complete next summer. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
