DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – President Obama’s speech outlines a plan that depends heavily on U-S women and men.

The president was candid Wednesday night about the action he feels needs to be taken against ISIS, the latest global terrorist threat.

Former Wright Patterson Air Force Base chief Colonel Cassie Barlow said the plan to use airstrikes with a coalition of countries protects U-S interests.

She said, “we can’t go in this alone and I also like enabling the Iraquis and helping them take care of themselves”.
