DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – With this week’s Crime Stoppers Exclusive: Mondays Most Wanted, you have the power to help put three wanted suspects behind bars where they belong, and police will pay you for your help.

Phillip Hanson-Bass is wanted by Dayton Police for felonious assault. On Sept. 1, police say Bass shot a victim sitting outside of his home in the 700 block of Osmond Avenue. Bass is 25 years old, 5’9″ and 190 pounds.

Raymond Ballinger is wanted by Dayton Police for robbery. On Jan. 28, police say Ballinger robbed the Sunoco Station at 912 Wayne Ave. Ballinger is 23 years old, 6’3″ and 145 pounds.

Raymond Frost is wanted by Dayton Police for felonious assault. On June 22, police say Frost was involved in a fight at 600 East Fifth St. in which a person was seriously injured. Frost is 30 years old, 6’3″ and 280 pounds.
