COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) – Prices at the gas pump in Ohio are down again.
A gallon of regular gas was averaging $3.31 in Monday’s survey from auto club AAA, the Oil Price Information Service and WEX Inc. That’s 12 cents lower than a week ago, and it’s down 14 cents from a month ago.
The Ohio average is lower than the national average, which was $3.39 on Monday. That’s about a nickel less than a week ago.
Among Ohio’s metropolitan areas, the Toledo are has lowest average at about $3.17 per gallon.
Analysts say falling crude oil prices have driven the decline in prices over the past few weeks.
