DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The second of two dog owners that attacked and killed a Dayton woman is expected in court Tuesday.
Andrew Nason faces two misdemeanor counts of failure to control dogs.
He and Julie Custer own the dogs that mauled Klonda Richey in February.
Custer was in court last week and entered a not guilty plea to both her misdemeanor charges of failure to control dogs. She is out of jail on bond.
Each misdemeanor count carries a possible sentence of six months in jail.
Custer and Nason are also named in a wrongful death lawsuit.
