Troy killer’s sentencing delayed

TROY, Ohio (WDTN) – A Miami County judge delayed a killer’s sentencing day.

Patrick McGail was convicted for the home invasion murder of Nathan Wintrow of Troy in October 2013.

He asked the judge to delay his sentence date scheduled for September 29. The new date is now October 6 at 1:00 p.m.

Two others, Jason Sowers and Brendon Terrel, made plea agreements in the case and are already in prison.
