Dayton crews fight fires at vacant houses

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A fire in a vacant house early Tuesday spread to the house next door.

Crews were called to the area of Clover and Nassau Streets around midnight.

When they arrived, they found flames shooting through the roof of the house.

The firefighting operation then turned defensive, meaning that crews allowed the structures to burn.

No one is reported hurt.
