Dog theft suspect back behind bars

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A Dayton woman wanted by U.S. Marshals and Dayton police turned herself into police Monday night.

Bonnie Ritchie, 22, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail for failure to appear in court on a theft charge.

She is accused of stealing a guide dog from a Dayton’s woman’s yard.

Marshals went looking for her at several locations in recent weeks without a capture.  She was also one of Crime Stoppers Monday’s Most Wanted.
