CENTERVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) – The Centerville Police Department released its latest analysis of which streets are the most dangerous.

Police say the top five roadways with the highest accident rate in the third quarter are:

  • Wilmington Pike between Whipp Road and Clyo Road
  • E. Franklin Street between Main Street and Clyo Road
  • S. Main Street between Spring Valley Road and Franklin Street
  • N. Main Street between Alex Bell Road and Franklin Street
  • Far Hills Avenue between Whipp Road and Alex Bell Road

Police say officers plan to increase patrols in those areas during the next couple of months. Officers will be watching for speeders, red light violations, seat belt violations and any other traffic offense that affects safety for all drivers. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
