KETTERING, Ohio (WDTN) – A Kettering woman was found guilty Friday of promoting prostitution.

Aimee Hart, 41, will now have to register as a sex offender.

She was convicted of driving a friend to a house of prostitution. She ended up under arrest as part of a drug sting happening there at the time.

Hart has a history with prostitution. She was arrested in February in a sting at her Kettering home. A second woman was also arrested.

Neighbors along Lamont Avenue told 2 NEWS in February they were fed up with all the activity coming and going from the house.

“It takes a lot of nerve. I can’t believe she did that thinking she would get away with it,” said one neighbor.

Police say she placed online ads calling herself a personal companion who is “eager to please”.

Hart is scheduled for sentencing November 25.
