DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A Dayton man accused of drug charges will sit in jail until his trial.
Danny Gladden waived a preliminary hearing and his right to a speedy trial during a court appearance Tuesday.
He is being held in the Montgomery County Jail without bond.
Gladden is accused of conspiring to distribute fentanyl. Fentanyl is a narcotic pain reliever that is sometimes mixed with heroin.
He was arrested October 28 at his grandmother’s house on Albritton Drive.
