DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A Dayton man accused of drug charges will sit in jail until his trial.

Danny Gladden waived a preliminary hearing and his right to a speedy trial during a court appearance Tuesday.

He is being held in the Montgomery County Jail without bond.
